Biography
Heather joined Cherryfield Ecology in the 2021 survey season, however, Heather already had experience of the busy summer season having previously been a sub-contractor to several consultancies around the area. With three years’ experience under her belt it didn’t take long for Heather to get into the swing of things and she now is responsible for undertaking ecological appraisals, stage 1 bat surveys, stage 2 bat surveys and more. Over the last two years Heather has become proficient in biodiversity net gain (BNG) and is now our go to in all things BNG. Heather is now helping to manage staff and the systems we have in place to help the business run smoothly, covering for seniors when they are away or doing other duties.
